Middlegame | A “not-bad-but-not-great” book review

I absolutely ADORE the Wayward Children series and when I saw McGuire was writing a stand-alone book I, like so many others, jumped and squealed and anticipated very impatiently to get my hands on the book (or in my case the audio).
